Cat Tattoo Artists Win Awards at OKC 2

Cat Tattoo Artists Jeff Ensminger and Elmo won awards at the Second Annual Oklahoma City Tattoo Convention. Jeff Ensminger won "Tattoo of the Day" on Saturday May, 5th and Elmo won second place in the "Best Large Color Tattoo" competition on the same day.
